Mississippi and Delta blues shaped the very roots of American music — and they’ve left a deep mark on mine. This acoustic performance of “Born Under A Bad Sign” is a tribute to Albert King, born in Indianola, Mississippi, and one of the most influential bluesmen to ever pick up a guitar.
Recorded live at Sad Monkey in Canyon, TX on May 10, 2025, this stripped-down version is my way of honoring that raw, soul-bending Delta sound.
