Yes, you're right, the Strange Sounding Music series continues... Actually, this song came about by chance. Strange Sounding Instrumental Music is pretty cool. Just start playing and let the whole thing take effect. I didn't put much into the production either, just played.
I recommend this to every musician... it's incredibly liberating to break out of the musical constraints and simply consciously play wrong. But I always say that there is no wrong in music and certainly not in instrumental music.
