In this video I will be preparing and trying out the favourite food item of the most famous Rajput ruler in Indian history, Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Rajputs have an extremely rich culture and history. They are known to be the most powerful and brave warriors in the history of mankind. The Rajput rulers were mostly based in areas in and around the state of Rajasthan. Now although, they have a rich history of producing brave warriors, the Rajputs are also well known for their huge variety of extremely flavourful and unique delicacies. Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan, who is known to be one of the bravest Rajput King, was fond of various authentic Rajasthani food items, including but not limited to Dal Baati Choorma, Ghevar and gatte ki sabzi. Surprisingly these food items were very easy to prepare and turned out to be extremely delicious and flavourful. I had a great time preparing and trying out these food items.
