I Found A Snake In The Basement

Almost stepped on this little guy in the basement while looking for some tools. Didn't know what kinda Snake it was at first. I Struck at my foot but it didn't bite me. So I put it in a Mason Jar and looked it up on ole internet and turns out it's a North Eastern Milk Snake.
It's hot here in Youngstown Ohio today, it probably slithered in last night or early this morning to get cool. I have it some water and rocks to soak in for an hour or so before I set it free.
