Been using the Novation Circuit a ton more, instead of Ableton, which is awesome because I can make tunes from the couch. It’s a nice change of pass compared to sitting in front a fukin’ computer and a screen ya know?


For this one I tried to do more of a “looping” style video. I feel like a bunch of the stuff I make has loops that I set up before and then for the performance I’m just triggering them or pulling them out. Feel like it’d be cool to try to get the initial loop performance done in the video and then start pulling them in and out as the tune goes on.


The circuit has a sequencing functionality and there is a guitar pedal under the table that is adding some effects to the guitar as well as allowing me to loop parts over. I don’t think it can handle more than 3 over dubs though, in the full video it gets quite crunchy sounding at a certain point.


It’s a lot more chill than normal, so hopefully you enjoy. :D
