How to plug a tire and remove a screw, nail or random objects from it. Tire plugs are considered safe and should last a few thousands miles. It is recommended to replace the tire as tire plug is considered a temporary fix. Do not plug a tire at the shoulder and sidewall. Allow cement glue to dry for a few minutes or more depending on temperature.
