Adding fire in Fusion can be done in many different ways. You can generate particles, you could render a fire in 3D, or what is probably the easiest way is to use footage of a fire someone has shot and put it on top of everything.

Using these premade elements is absolutely going to be the fastest and easiest way to add a fire to your movie without having a real fire on set.
