The perfect balance of sweet and salty – try these smooth and delicious chocolate caramels! 😍

📌 Ingredients:
• 150 g (5 oz) dark chocolate (85%)
• 29 g (1 ½ tbsp) coconut oil
• A pinch of salt
• 200 g (1 cup) sugar
• 200 ml (¾ cup) heavy cream
• Fleur de sel (to taste)

📌 Instructions:
1️⃣ Melt the chocolate with coconut oil and a pinch of salt using a double boiler.
2️⃣ In a saucepan, heat sugar with 2 tbsp of water until it turns amber.
3️⃣ Warm the heavy cream and carefully pour it into the caramel while stirring. Cook until it reaches 115°C (239°F).
4️⃣ Pour the caramel into the melted chocolate and mix well.
5️⃣ Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the mixture, sprinkle with fleur de sel, and refrigerate for 12 hours.
6️⃣ Cut into squares, add an extra pinch of fleur de sel, and enjoy!
