I discovered Boards of Canada when I was browsing some used vinyls in Camden Town. There it was, amidst a labyrinth of autumn leaves - "In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country" whispered secrets of nostalgia and wonder. The album cover looked inspiring and decided to give it a spin. Further digging Wikipedia surprised me even more that I'm dealing with a Scottish band, not Canadian despite the name. Their music bonded with me ever since.
