Sami Mirhasani is a Ph.D. student in civil engineering at Oregon State University. Time and money are critical in construction. Simulations allow us to test different ideas before actual construction, saving both resources. However, their complexity often hinders widespread adoption in the industry. Sami's research aims to simplify simulations, making them accessible, fast, and easy to use, thereby encouraging more builders and planners to utilize them.
