Here are the commands to remove Microsoft's repo and GPG key from your Pi:

sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/vscode.list
sudo rm /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/microsoft.gpg
sudo apt update

I can see why the Raspberry Pi Foundation chose to do this, but I don't like it.
