Thank you to everyone who joined us at Artcore for our Peace Day event with Derby Peace Week!We all enjoyed an arts workshop with Caroline Ainsworth with a peace theme.
It was a great moment as we unveiled the '375 Squares For Peace' project at the Derby City Council House. The peace blankets travelled here all the way from our twinned city Osnabrück, Germany. The blankets are made of handmade textiles, made by people from Derby and all over the world, depicting various interpretations of happiness.
The blankets are on display at Derby City Council House for the next 4 weeks for all to enjoy!
