Edifier R2000DB and Audioengine A5+ are closely matched on sound quality, but pricewise A5+ is much more expensive option. On the plus side for A5+ it has a bit better build quality and looks more stylish, but Edifier counters that with Bluetooth connectivity, optical input and additional tone controls that will allow user to tweak the sound fruther.
