To celebrate the upcoming release of PAC-MAN WORLD Re-PAC, I thought it would be great to make the (Super Smash Bros. 4) Announcer say the title that goes by the same name, and I think it was also nice to make it say "Toc-Man" since they DID debuted in the original Pac-Man World game, after all, so...yeah.
