
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 kg of beef
- 800 grams of onions
- 6 cloves of garlic
- Lard for frying
- 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 250 ml of red wine
- 1.5L beef broth
- Spices:
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1.5 tsp pepper
- a bit of salt
- few bay leaves.
➡️ You should put the meat in portions in the pan and fry it.
➡️ Remove after searing and set aside. Then you also sauté the onion in lard in the pan and add the garlic. ➡️ Then the tomato paste comes to the onions and is roasted vigorously.
➡️ Then deglaze the mixture with red wine and let the red wine evaporate for about 5 minutes before adding the beef broth.
