On 4 December 1956 Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins, Jerry Lee Lewis and Johnny Cash recorded the most famous jam session in history.Carl Perkins was recording his latest single, Matchbox, at Sun Studios in Memphis. Jerry Lee Lewis was the session pianist and Elvis and Johnny Cash just happened to drop by.
