A show of force by frustrated Service Providers awaiting their payments..accompanied by a lack of respect for the Government Hierarchy and disregard for Law & Order was the order of the day during this stand-off. This goes to show how fragile the Law & Order, Peace and Harmony is, in island paradise of Bougainville.
