The song is the title of the movie with the same name. To cash in on the succes of that other movie, "The Girl Can't Help It", this flick lacks the big stars and great music-stars (exept of Fats and the Mills Brothers). Movie's got a nice script but it turns out a little bit slow. (see Fats' movieclip on "The Official Fats Domino Fansite" on Facebook).

During this session, Fats also recorded the instrumental track for "I Still Love You", called "Apple Honey" (IM-1359). This track has been unissued/lost.
