Today's in-depth demo is on the brand new Hydrus Eurorack module from Serpens Modular. It's a 'waveform mutator' utility module that runs up to 3 inputs through a MAX and MIN circuit, the outputs of which are fed into seperate channels, each featuring an Attenuverter and DC Offset control before reaching the output jacks on the bottom left and right of the module. There is also a third output that takes the outputs of each channel and sums and inverts them.
I think this is a really clever module with a ton of uses and a lot of room for creative thinking, in this demo i run through a handful of patches I've come up with.
The Hydrus is handmade in Melbourne and is available in limited numbers now.
