This video is mostly just a GN update -- us talking directly with the audience to cover our goals, ambitions, and some new features we've put out there. The new mini-site is focused primarily on part failures, but also has a static set of pages about some of our policies & ethics statements -- agree or disagree, the main thing is that they're known publicly and transparent for everyone. The site keeps an updated list of catastrophic failures in PC hardware, but does not list parts that we just simply thought were bad (that doesn't count). You can check it out here: - Google provided us the domain name for 2 years for free as long as we built a site for it (which, honestly, the main value isn't the domain registration -- which is relatively cheap -- but the fact that it kicked us into gear to do something cool with it).
FAILURE LIST:
Grab the 15-Year Anniversary GN limited edition shirt! Supports us directly and also gets you something cool and unique to commemorate 15 years of our work!
We used Squarespace to build this. They didn't technically sponsor this video, but we do spend some time talking about why we used it (and they do sponsor other videos of ours). You can use our link for 10% off their services:

Links to Amazon and Newegg are typically monetized on our channel (affiliate links) and may return a commission of sales to us from the retailer. This is unrelated to the product manufacturer. Any advertisements or sponsorships are disclosed within the video ("this video is brought to you by") and above the fold in the description. We do not ever produce paid content or "sponsored content" (meaning that the content is our idea and is not funded externally aside from whatever ad placement is in the beginning) and we do not ever charge manufacturers for coverage.
