The truth is our mental health is a holy war, and most of us have internal battles we are fighting all of the time. One part of us wants to stop drinking, while another part needs alcohol to cope. One part of us wants to open up about our struggles but another part believes we have to keep it inside. It's powerful to recognize this holy war that is existing inside each of us!
