Hello internet, In episode 46 of 50 shades of FM I'll show you how to use the phase modulation of Bitwig's polymer to create atmospheres with a special blend of bubbly and glassy timbres.

The trick lies in using the sub oscillator to phase modulating a wavetable with simple harmonic structure containing for example the root and a few odd or even harmonics multiples.
These simple wavetables when phase modulated are the best choice to create complexe glassy timbres, similar to what you get from the Virus's grain oscillator.
As for the bubbly timbre, it comes from the sub oscillator that should be set at least an octave appart (two is best).
