In our household, costillitas are a favorite! Today, I’m making Costillas de Puerco en Salsa Verde con Nopalitos 😋 I like to serve them with some frijoles de la olla and Mexican red rice, you’re going to love this dish! 🥰

COSTILLAS EN SALSA VERDE CON NOPALES INGREDIENTS:
For the costillas
► 3 lbs of pork spare ribs
► Salt and pepper to taste
► 3 bay leaves
► Some water until ribs are covered
► 3 garlic cloves
► 1 lb nopales (Mexican cactus)
For the salsa verde:
► 10 tomatillos
► 1 roma tomato
► Small piece of white onion
► 2 serrano peppers
► 2 chiles de arbol
► Small bunch of cilantro
► 1 tsp oregano
► 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
► 3/4 cup of water
