My my my. This shoot, I enjoyed with my whole heart and soul. Having driven pretty much everything from the four rings, I’m a guy that’s hard to impress and touch emotionally. But this one, it did touch my entire soul. That’s also why I want one and am looking for one in the last weeks. My buddy @vince_rs4b5 bought this manual 1st gen Type 42 Audi R8 V8 4.2, and it was time to shoot it.

One of my most emotional moments was when I was thinking to myself ”my gosh this is what made me fall in love with Audi. This innovative thinking and Vorsprung durch Technik was so unique.” You can feel that this car was made by people with passion for driving and not by market analysis. And I got so sad when today we have the A6 e-tron or the Q6 e-tron that represents Audi. And it’s soooooo far away from this purist driving machine. I honestly fell tears going down my eyes. Cause THIS is what Audi is to me.

This car changed the way we look at Audi. This car changed everything.
