I'm back with a new Dubstep/Rap track and a video we shot in Scotland in summer 2018.The song PIX is about focusing rather on collecting pictures than collecting material things in life. In the end, you might loose all your material items, but nobody can take away your memories. More clearly: go see places and people, travel around countries and enjoy all of the individual moments you will experience.
Special thanks to my love, Barbara, for filming many parts of the footage you get to see in this video as well as to the people I met on this journey and who make guest appearances in the video: Martin, the street drummer from Glasgow, who has an incredible groove and gets sounds out of his buckets you wouldn't believe. He also makes brilliant paintings and drawings. Jamie and Thore who were working in a Pub in Inverness and who guided me in taste with their recommendations of food, beer and whiskey. And last but not least Phil, who is an incredible artist based in Durness and who makes beautiful art in his atelier. Go check out these lads and their works on Insta!

I wake up early. Shadows washed off, I'm thirsty.
Pour me a cup of coffee take it out to the balcony and start this journey.
The city's all quiet and peaceful, all eased all equal.
A story outlined for a role play acted by all these people.
Flicking through old memories on the screen. My phone's a treasury that's unseen.
Fairly, I collect too many, single pix become a stream.
Looking down the street, waiting for everyday life to speed up,
thinking how sometimes you'd like to stop the world to not miss any feature.
I remember that guy at the train station passing me by.
Told me what he thought was the meaning of life:
Nothing will last forever but the pictures in your mind!
I stayed silent then I faced his line. Truely it's not about saving dimes.
It's a bout place and time, change your grind
or you will end up some day paying the price.
Start the first page of a brand new chapter. The story moves on, it will never go backwards.
Sometimes it seemed like my dreams getting shattered.
But when I carried on nothing bad ever happened.
Maybe this doesn't come across too acurate. Let me explain it, it's not too dramatic:
Don't let the moment slip away - go catch it! Still looking for the best parts to have them captured.

I'm still the same geezer. Not grown a wise man, it's deeper.
Basic platform, added little features. Find me in the night, yeah, I'm one of that creatures.
Still making riddims in the bedroom, same style ever since my debut.
From youth clubs to bigger venues. Trial and error like with test tubes. No need for rescue!
But I want to go out there, have my message just thrown out there.
Rather than pick up items, some are priceless, but you have to show out there.
Plot out my plans, how ever designed. Steadily enhance, one step at a time.
Still putting on the same Streets record at night to bring me back the vibe [Has it come to this?]
When the pressure's high, I travel foreign places and settle for a while.
That's no solution to a problem, can't deny. But I take the time to think about and realize:
It's a thin line between what's for your mind and what feeds you.
Sometime's it's not clear, you can't see through. Sometimes you can't steer, it will beat you.
But give up hope, there's no need to.
I've been through it and when I'm looking back at the roads that I took,
I could never tell what could've have been, but I know that it's good,
cause it led me away from the place where I stood.
And I take a last sip from my cup, swipe my life left, right, down, up.
It's one thing that I can't fix - if there's something that will last, it's my pix.
