With his DJ BORING project, London-based, Australian-born producer Tristan Hallis creates grooving, hook-laden house music making use of a balance of analogue hardware and software tools. In this video he demonstrates one of his tactics for starting a track, using gear including a Moog DFAM, Syncussion SY-1m and Teil1 Keinedelay pedal.
