Kithul treacle and jaggery are very sweety.They were the main sweeteners of our ancestors.In this video,I will prepare some delicious foods using Kithul treacle and jaggery.
Also,there are many health benefits of Kithul treacle,jaggery and Kithul palm syrup.Eating Kithul treacle and jaggery controls Cholesterol level in the body.It helps to reduce bad Cholesterol (LDL) and increase good Cholesterol.There is a misconception that eating Kithul treacle and jaggery is cause to diabetes.Kithul treacle and jaggery do not cause diabetes and are at the 35th level of Glycemic index.Also Kithul palm syrup can demount heavy metals such as Arsenic and Cadmium in our body.It is a rich source of antioxidants that slow aging process and prevent cancers.
