I always use the weekends to take some extra time to stretch + do some mobility and foam rolling. Here’s some of my staples that you can do from home or in the gym daily!

stretching / mobility:

1. Toe touch
2. Crossover stretch
3. Piriformis stretch
4. SL hamstring banded stretch
5. Banded toe flexion
6. single arm LAT stretch
7. Upper body crossover stretch
8. Neck stretch (be gentle)
9. Inner thigh stretch

Hold each pose for about 15-20 seconds 🤍
