If you want to fly a drone over people, you most likely need to fill out the Operations Over Human Beings waiver. In this video, we walk you through how to apply for the waiver, give you tips on what to fill out for certain sections, and explain the estimated timeline for the waiver.

**An Important Note**
The total weight of your drone must include all required attachments, including but not limited to: required prop guards, an anti-collision light, and a Remote ID broadcast module.

If the drone weighs more than 0.88lbs (399g), and up to 3.5lbs ( 1,500g), it needs to have an ASTM certified parachute recovery system.
