
I have been threw and lived threw a lot of tough mental health episodes and want to share how we’re all not alone and that if you are feeling not yourself or thinking (anxious thoughts ) that is what I call them these are thoughts that bother you inside and out that are scary or make you feel like you are a bad person
Just know there is ways to make them stop as well you will make it threw this it might not feel like it at this moment but you will I am living Proof
