I know it's been a while my last upload but I think this (and more coming soon) will make up for it. (READ DESCRIPTION, IT'S IMPORTANT)

I recently bought an odd videotape at a thrift store. It was in a generic box and was just labeled "Punk, 1987". Not sure what I was expecting but the tape being only 49 cents and thought it was worth a gamble (also that day, bought Morbid Saint's "Lock Up Your Children" Demo Cassette Tape at the same thrift store for 29 cents).

I watched it and couldn't believe my eyes: on this tape was a bunch of music videos by bands not really associated in making/creating music videos: The Meatmen,The Crucifucks, and GG Allin . I never seen any of these music videos (with exception to some of the GG Allin videos) until I bought this tape. I'm pretty sure that the Music Videos from GG Allin were ripped from a pretty obscure VHS release of Prelude to Destruction. The music videos by The Meatmen and The Crucifucks, not sure exactly where they came from , but after doing some research these came from SYNTAX: A Local College TV Station from East Lansing Michigan that showcased various local Hardcore Punk/New Wave bands. Apparently, those videos were to be shown on a March 1982 Broadcast.

A rather interesting find (never knew The Meatmen ever did a Music Video before, well in 1982 that is) so since I don't think the majority of fans of The Meatmen, The Crucifucks, and GG Allin have seen these before (or if ever ) I thought this would be a great first project to use my new VHS converter, so I'm ripping the music videos, and over the next couple of days am uploading them here.

The tape also had some interesting interviews with the bands, and other odd stuff on here, but unfortunately there are long periods of flickering and humming noises during the interviews and the weird stuff (probably being that the tape is 27 years old, assuming that the date "1987" is when the tape was made). Will try to fix that problem, but if I can't won't upload it.

Note: After doing a quick search on here, it has come to my attention that all of GG Allin's Music videos that were on the tape are on here (and are better quality than mine), so I'm not going to reupload stuff that is already on here but luckly, none of the Meatmen nor Crucifuc*s stuff that were on the tape aren't on here so still planning on uploading those (5 vids in all).
