You can find the list of replacement parts, by build step number, to replace the Lego off-coloured parts included in the download file on the Rebrickable page linked to above.
The Technic parts you need for the bay door hinge swap-out are: 4x #65487 and 12x 18654, in white. These parts are listed in the inventory on the MOC page on Rebrickable as well.
