I found the issue with my Genie Boom Lift S60. I believe this work with Genie Boom Lift S40, S45, S60, S65, S85 as well.
After hours of troubleshooting I found out the culprit was the circuit breaker from the base control panel. Watch the video how I used a voltage meter to find where the voltage stopped flowing and realized it was the circuit breaker that caused the boom lift not the start.
