Sickness has meant cancelling all my teaching this week, on the plus side it has allowed me to spend much more time meditating and working on some of these ideas. The title came from a comment from one of my subscribers which had a strange synchronicity with me stumbling upon Krishna Das’s live stream (hanging out in the heart space) just as it was starting and I was looking for something to listen to in the bath.I made a number of recordings of these ideas before landing on this one- which took me to some unexpected and unfamiliar places. I hope you like it.
