Lijomol Jose`s latest movie release Samshayam is much anticipated. She plays the character opposite the very talented actor Vinay Forrt. Her movie in Malayalam with Basil Joseph Ponman was a superhit. She has also acted in 2025 Tamil Movie Kaadhal Enbadhu Podhu Udamai. The film stars Vineeth and Rohini in the lead roles alongside Lijomol Jose, Anusha Prabhu, Kalesh and Deepa in supporting roles.In this two-part series we cover her journey her career and her personal life. In Part 1 we focus mainly on her movie roles and in part 2 we speak about her struggles and her life. She talks about her growing up years and how she navigated her difficult childhood. Lijomol Jose is an Indian actress who primarily appears in Malayalam and Tamil films. She earned critical acclaim for portraying Senggeni in the Tamil film Jai Bhim (2021), which won her the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Tamil.Lijomol made her acting debut in the highly acclaimed Malayalam film, Maheshinte Prathikaaram in 2016. She then played the second female lead in the commercially successful film Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan in the same year. She then starred in Street Lights (2018) with Mammootty before making her Tamil cinema debut with Sivappu Manjal Pachai (2019) opposite Siddharth. She was critically acclaimed for portraying the anguish of a primitive Irular tribe, Senggeni in Jai Bhim, co-starring actor Suriya.
