An emergency court hearing is set for Wednesday morning as Fulton County's Board of Commissioners has not complied with a judge's order to seat two Republican nominees to the county election board.

Judge David Emerson earlier this month ruled that the county must appoint two Republican nominees they had rejected to the Fulton County Registration and Elections Board. A hearing with Judge Emerson is scheduled for 10 a.m. in Fulton County Superior Court.
