The mysterious and sublime music of DISTORTED WORLD is filled with analog synth pulsations, heavy dance beats, catchy melodies, orchestrations and chorals that frame harsh male and clean female vocals.The third full-length album by DISTORTED WORLD - «Storm and Silence», develops the musical traditions of the group through its dark electronic sound and combines different gothic industrial music directions. This release also brings some changes into the band’s sound.
Speaking of the lyrics, its concept was inspired by mystical and dark fantasy novels by such writers as Clark Ashton Smith, Glen Cook and William Hope Hodgson.
«Storm and Silence» is planned to be released on April 14.
The album will be released via INSANE RECORDS label in physical and digital formats.

DISTORTED WORLD story starts in the year of 2010, when it was founded by Ivan M. (music, vocals, lyrics), and later Angelina L. (vocals, lyrics) became part of it. The band has released two studio albums and 2 EPs and contributed to several compilations released all over the world.
