Suhoor / breakfast :

- 4 eggs
- Cucumber
- Arugula
- Avocado
- Chili crunch on top
- Papaya

Supplements:
- bloom greens @bloomsupps
- Electrolytes
- handful of capsules (L theanine, ashwagandha, collagen, beef liver, and black seed extract)

Dinner / Iftar Soup:
- 2-4 chicken breast
- 1/2 Onion chopped
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 2 tomatos chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- Canneli beans
- 1tbsp Grated ginger
1tsp each
- Oregano
- Thyme leaf
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Paprika
- Cinnamon
- Turmeric
- Bay leaf 2
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil 2-4 tbsp
- about 4 cups of water

Steps:
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
3. Stir in grated ginger, oregano, thyme, cumin, cinnamon, paprika, and turmeric. Cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the quartered chicken thighs. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned. Or add in cooked chopped chicken.
5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and drained cannellini beans. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 45 minutes.

Date protein shake:

- 1 cup of chopped dates
- Couple squirts of date syrup
- 1 banana
- Protein powder (optional)
- 1 cup of oats
- 6-8 oz milk of choice
