One of my new favorite recipes I came up with, so I had to make a video about it! Originally leek cake is not quite keto because of the base - maybe its lowcarb-ish if you make it really thin, but with this recipe you can bring the carb content of the leek cake really close to zero. If you're a cheese fan you'll definitely like this recipe and if you have never tried leek before, you should. You can make it vegetarian by simply leaving out the cheese (making ist vegan might be hard though...). I'm actually not quite sure what the difference between a leek cake and a quiche is, maybe this recipe ist actually a quiche, idk. But whether it's a quiche or not, it's definitely a leek cake. At least in germany we call it Lauchkuchen ;P
