Rococo - Run From The Wildfire 1974 (UK, Progressive , Hard Rock)The band was formed in the late 60's two London music journalist Roy Shipston and Geoff Ward, former while some of the most advanced music critics. Then they started writing songs together , even without thinking about creating your own group ( all during the band's existence was written about 300 songs ) . But the songs had to do something and the guys started rehearsing with the London-based American band "Formely Fat Harry", but decided to act accompanied by their own group , and which gradually began to pick myself . At Roy Shipston was classically trained on piano class , and the question of keyboardist dropped by itself . In 1972, the boys make a pact with the progressive label Deram and recorded the first EP, . The thing with her ??"Wildfire" thundered powerfully in many countries , but ... only in 1978. In the same 1972 the band went on their first tour of England in conjunction with the "Genesis". Then the group was called "Alligator Crawl". In early 1973 , the group renamed the "Rococo" and in the London studio "Euston Tower" began to record material on the album . Only going to start recording , and recorded most of the material for the album in one night. The residue material was finished in "Decca's West Hampstead Studios", the material is kept in the studio "Scorpio". Group broke up in 1978.
