This math instrumental is a Classic Rock (plus Psychedelic Blues) inspired​ collaboration featuring guitarist Lou Pérez from Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷.

ℹ︎ With the tempo set to 90bpm, the drum track opens up with an 11/8 odd time linear fill between the kick, snare, and toms. The drums at the A section are in a (4+3½)/4 mixed meter while the guitars hold a phrase in 4+4+4+3, producing a beat flip half through. During the B section, the drums are in five while the tambourine is in three, resulting in a 5:3 polyrhythmic tribal groove. The C section is in 4/4 but don’t tell anyone!
