This is a transcription of the intro at "A Life Unfolds" From The Album "The Remedy" Live At The Village Vanguard.
This is an old transcription I made a couple years ago...
Now I know from my experience that there are some much better fingerings than the Tabs written at the transcription (somewhere at the half of the video I just copy pasted notes to tabs so yeah...
).
In bar 85 the voicing is incorrect, the notes are: E, C#, D, A, B (From low to high).
