HOT CHOCOLATE WITH CE CREAM
I am not a spices hot chocolate person, I love it the simple classic way with sometime a pinch of salt & sometimes just a hint of coffee. I am not a fan of cinnamon powder in my Hot chocolate but go for it with you like it. Sometimes I love PEPPERMINT !
1 & 1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
Sweetener of your choice
50 g Dark Chocolate (I had some leftover Chocolate Fondue base so I used that)
You can add 1/2 tsp corn flour mixed with 1 tbsp milk to thick to thicken it
Some Ice Cream on top
Cook on low flame until it is bubbly hot & thick
🌟 Vishesh Tippani
- Add corn flour & other ingredients when the milk is at room temperature
- Continously keep on stirring

🥣 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar mixed with 2 tbsp Water
🧂 1 tsp salt
Flavouring -
🍮 2 tbsp Cranberry
🫘 2 tbsp Pistachio
🍃 2 to 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley
🍋🟩 Lime Zest
🧂 Salt, Pepper & Chilli Flakes
🧄 1 tbsp Crispy Garlic
Serve it with some crackers or bread of your choice
🌟 Vishesh Tippani
- Bring Cream + milk to a simmer (just lower than boiling point)
- The key here is patience, I highly recommend you make the base cheese a day prior. It will not curdle like Paneer & your mixture will just thicken.
- Drain it for a few hours & then put it in the fridge for the cheese to completely set.

🫕 Spicy Cheese Fondue - perfect for this weather. If you don’t have a fondue pot, I’m sharing a DIY hack here 😍 Just use a tea light candle in a small glass.
🥹 The best thing is that, there is something for everyone on this platter from healthy to indulgent!
All you need is -
🧈 1 tbsp Butter
🧄 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
🌾 1 tbsp Flour / Atta
🥛 1/2 cup Milk
🧀 1 cup Cheese (I used processed cheese, cheddar & mozzarella) the combination is just perfect. The mozzarella gives the stringy goodness & processed makes it cheesy & creamy)
🌶️ 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
🧉 1/2 tsp black pepper
🍢 2 tsp Peri Peri Masala
🍃 1/2 tsp Oregano
Some super fine chopped chillies, Jalapeno & red bell peppers.
You can add some chopped basil or parsley to this too.
Serve this with some Blanched Veggies & Breads. I also added Sautéed Mushrooms to this. Roast potatoes are perfect with it too.
🌟 Vishesh Tippani
- Cook the full thing on low flame & put it hot in the fondue put.
- Do not over cook the veggies served along with this.

✓ Coating the nuts with some flour before adding them to the batter, prevents them from sinking to the bottom of the cake.
✓ Whenever zesting the orange or any other citrus peel, make sure to just grate thrice at one spot. Grating more will add in the bitter white peel too.
✓ DO NOT OVERMIX THE BATTER. It will make your cake dense.
✓ Always make sure to pre-heat your over. It ensures uniform baking of your cake.
✓ Brushing the cake top with some milk after baking prevents it from drying.
