2. Ask the Locals
It's a fact that locals know where to find the best food in town, and very few of those places are going to be in areas that are made to impress tourists.
3. Check Out the Menu
Listen, those giant menus should be a red flag from the get-go, especially if you see a cuisine from multiple different cultures.
"Jack of all trades, master of none" is exactly right in this case. If you want really good food at a great price, tourist traps are not your scene.
