INGREDIENTS

400 g de lardons nature
1 kg de chouchou
2 branches de thym
20 g de gingembre
8 gousses d’ail
1 botte d’oignons verts
1 Oignon
Sel si nécessaire
Huile
1 /2 verre d’eau

PREPARATION

Couper les chouchous en lamelles.
Couper l’oignon, l’ail et le gingembre en petits morceaux
Couper l’oignons verts en long.

Faire sauter les lardons dans l’huile chaude pendant quelques minutes.
Y ajouter l’oignon, l’ail, le gingembre bien tourner pendant 2 minutes.
Mettre le thym et les lamelles de chouchou en les mélangeant aux lardons.
Mouiller d’un demi verre d’eau.
Ajouter le sel si nécessaire, couvrir et laisser cuire pendant 10 minutes, en les retournant de temps en temps.
En dernier ajouter les oignons verts, bien mélanger et c’est près.

Servir chaud avec du riz blanc.

1/2 glass of water

PREPARATION

Cut the scrunchies into strips.
Cut the onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces
Cut the green onions lengthwise.

Sauté the bacon in hot oil for a few minutes.
Add the onion, garlic, ginger and turn well for 2 minutes.
Add the thyme and the chouchou slices, mixing them with the bacon.
Wet with half a glass of water.
Add salt if necessary, cover and cook for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Finally add the green onions, mix well and you're ready to go.

Serve hot with white rice.
