To succeed at breakfast, make it under 500 calories and high protein. I like to keep breakfast under 500 calories so I can save more calories for later meals.

Here are the 2 best options to go with.

✅Option #1:
-Egg white grill (double egg white)
-zesty buffalo
330 calories 33g protein

✅Option #2: (my favorite) I call this the sweet and spicy breakfast bowl
-Hash brown scramble bowl with GRILLED filet (not fried)
-no salsa and no cheese
-2nd grilled fillet
-Add 1/2 Sweet and spicy sriracha sauce
451 calories and 41g protein

✅Drinks:
-Avoid apple juice, orange juice, or sugary coffe.
-Go with black coffee, diet soda, or diet lemonade (BOMB)
