A friend of this resident reached out and asked if I could help clean the home of a man who’s fighting cancer. When I got there, I could see how much the battle had worn on him and how hard it must have been to keep up with everything. He himself was hospitalized and I didnt get to meet him at all. But I met her lovely friend Lucy and she was so nice. I love that he had such a good friend taking care of him ❤️ what I really loved to see was he had been cooking himself some Healthy home made meals because there was a lot of mess in the kitchen. I wish I could’ve been there to see his reaction to the clean home but I bet he loved it!
