"Happiness" ❤ is a song written and recorded by Mo Klaasik, Produced by “Jerah”… it is also the second single off Mo Klaasik’s debut album which will be released early next year.
The song was written just a week before Mo’s Late Mother NOZIPHO passed away and was recorded two months later, “It speaks about what exactly went through my mind like having to quit my Job, the two years I spent taking care of Her and how in those years I felt so helpless throughout my Mothers period of severe illness BUT still felt some sense of hope in my pursuit of HAPPINESS” (Mo explained In one of his radio interviews). The song is a 360 degree U-turn musically for Mo but a clearly cut winner with elements of funk, soul and RnB that hits you with nostalgia, taking you to the era of Brenda and the Big Dudes, Sello Chico Thwala and many more artist that were huge in the early 90’s, never disappointing as always Mo brought a Motswako twist to the song and tells a good story of the life changing phases of before and after his Mother’s Passing, in His pursuit of Happiness
