US President Donald Trump’s long running feud with the city of Washington DC, has taken a dramatic twist.Trump has declared a “crime emergency” in the capital - placing the city's police force under federal control and deploying hundreds of national guard troops.
That's despite police data showing violent crime at its lowest rate, in over three decades.
