Roquefort is one of my favorite cheeses! I can't really say what my #1 is, I mean you cant really compare them all, but Roquefort is definitely in my top 5. The only problem is, that Roquefort tastes really intense, and with that I mean REALLY intense, so I can never eat a lot at once. That's why I came up with this simple 2 ingredient recipe, that not only makes it taste a little bit less intense, but also is a great way to turn Roquefort into a dip or spread you can use in many different ways. And of course it's all keto and low carb and well ok it's not vegan lol. music:
